Process: Refunds will be issued once the product is picked up and passes Priva House of Fashion quality check.
Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days.
Exceptions: Products bought during sales are non-refundable but can be exchanged.
Damaged or Defective Products: Refunds for damaged or defective products will only be issued after verification by the Priva House of Fashion team. Concerns must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order. In exceptional cases, a credit note, or replacement will be issued.
